  3. Looking at the posts above, I can see that my timing is still terrible.
I’ve decided to sell my Carver TFM-75 amp and my Platinum Amazing Loudspeakers (Oak Finish). The amp & speakers have less than 20 hours on them and are in very good condition. I’d like to get fair market value for them but, I’m not sure what that would be these days. I’d be more than happy to send pictures or answer any questions that you might have. Thanks – Chris

  12. Hello! We have a Carver TFM-75 available for sale.We just had it serviced and the diagnosis done by Hollywood Stereo with a clean bill of health. If interested please contact us at condolaw@gmail.com.

  13. I realize the TFM-75 is quite an amp and almost impossible to find someone who is willing to part with theirs. I also know that the PT-2400 is the pro version of the TFM-75 or vice versa. While the 2400 is not quite as pretty to look at as the 75, it’s still a long way from being an eye sore too. I own two of the 2400’s and they are just amazing. The power rating are a little different with the 2400 being rated at 750/1200/1500 into 8/4/2 ohms respectively through the entire bandwidth. And being fan driven (that you can barely hear) it’s weighs in at almost 20lbs less than the 75. These are easier to find than the 75’s but still the same amp. Two 20 amp circuits and you’re rocking.

  14. If anyone knows where to locate replacement capacitors for the tfm-75 or has one to part out with good capacitors please let me know where to get them. These are the big 2 inch diameter ones I’m referring to.

    Thanks

  15. I have a Carver TFM-75 for available sale. I am the original owner and bought it direct from Carver. I used it for a few years, then got married and stored it in a cabinet. If interested, contact me at johnkugler@comcast.net.
